About the job
Top10x is looking for a PPC Manager to join the PPC team. You’ll work within our PPC team taking leadership of lead generation for our campaigns across Search, Native, Programmatic and Paid Social managing budgets in excess of $100k/month.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimise media buying campaigns
- Run campaigns on Google, Facebook, Programmatic and Native Ads
- A/B testing of landing pages and creatives
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with Facebook Ads
- Experience with Native ads (e.g. Taboola, Outbrain)

The ideal candidate is a motivated and organised individual with at least 2 years experience in a performance marketing agency who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. The position is focused on finding new prospects looking for lead generation and media buying services in the Finance, Gaming and Real Estate industries.
Responsibilities
- Find new clients interested in lead generation services in the Finance, Gaming and Real Estate industries
- Cultivate strong business relationships with clients' key decision makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Develop a sales pipeline to reach and close new clients across different channels (e.g. via Linkedin)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Development
- 2+ years' of sales or account management experience in a digital marketing agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of lead generation and paid media services
- Understanding of key performance marketing metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS
- Experience in the FX industry is a plus
